HOME AT THE INN
OUR PHILOSOPHY
|
Late one evening
a gentleman appeared at the Inn with a flyer in hand
desperate to find his lost dog. A painter employed at the house had left
the gate open and his best friend in the world was now gone. It was a
heartbreaking story. Shortly after that The Pampered Pet Inn became aware of Joe Reinsel and the tireless work he does to reunite lost and found dogs to their owners. Through his websites, LOSTADOG.COM and FOUNDADOG.COM, Mr. Reinsel has turned seeming misfortune into many happy endings across the country as scores of dogs have been rejoined with their families. The Inn is proud to sponsor Mr. Reinsel in this endeavor. In the event that you should ever lose your dog there are several steps that you can take to increase your pet's chances of a safe return home. |
Always make sure
that your pet has a good collar with proper
identification on it. Micro-chipping is available. Ask your veterinarian
for it. Keep a current photograph of your pet available and at the ready.
Post the photograph and as much information as possible about the dog, and
when and where it was lost on
LOSTADOG.COM. If you are unable to post the information yourself bring it by the Inn and we will post it for you. While the Inn does not house found dogs we may be able to assist you with organizations that can.
The Inn is pleased to spread the word about Mr. Reinsel and the good deeds he does quietly to help bring happy endings to so many.
